Ingredients

For the base

  • 360g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp SapoTerra oregano oil
  • 1 tbsp SapoTerra olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Toppings

You can use whatever you want, but a great combination is …

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree as a base
  • 1 large handful of washed spinach
  • 1 large handful of vegan cheese
  • 2 thinly sliced  garlic cloves

Method

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together well
  2. In a separate bowl add the SapoTerra oils, apple cider vinegar and warm water until well combined
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry until well combined
  4. Turn out of the bowl and knead until smooth
  5. Roll out and add your tomato puree, cheese and toppings
  6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180oc or until the edges are well browned
