Ingredients
For the base
- 360g whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp SapoTerra oregano oil
- 1 tbsp SapoTerra olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Toppings
You can use whatever you want, but a great combination is …
- 2 tbsp tomato puree as a base
- 1 large handful of washed spinach
- 1 large handful of vegan cheese
- 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together well
- In a separate bowl add the SapoTerra oils, apple cider vinegar and warm water until well combined
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry until well combined
- Turn out of the bowl and knead until smooth
- Roll out and add your tomato puree, cheese and toppings
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180oc or until the edges are well browned
