Lemon miso soba noodles


  • 1 package soba noodles
  • 1 lemon
  • 50ml SapoTerra lemon olive oil
  • 4 tbsp SapoTerra garlic olive oil
  • 150g mushrooms sliced
  • 3 large pakchoi stems diced
  • 3 tbsp miso


  1. fry the mushrooms in the garlic oil until they begin to lightly brown
  2. Add the lemon oil and pakchoi and fry for five minutes
  3. Add the miso and mix well Boil your soba noodles for four minutes or until just cooked and drain well
  4. Add the noodles to the mushroom mix and delicately coat the noodles
  5. Serve while hot
Optional - garnish with black sesame, dried onions and fried lemon slices
