Lemon miso soba noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package soba noodles
- 1 lemon
- 50ml SapoTerra lemon olive oil
- 4 tbsp SapoTerra garlic olive oil
- 150g mushrooms sliced
- 3 large pakchoi stems diced
- 3 tbsp miso
Method
- fry the mushrooms in the garlic oil until they begin to lightly brown
- Add the lemon oil and pakchoi and fry for five minutes
- Add the miso and mix well Boil your soba noodles for four minutes or until just cooked and drain well
- Add the noodles to the mushroom mix and delicately coat the noodles
- Serve while hot
