Garlic oil and chili noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package of wheat noodles
- 100ml sapo terra garlic olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 200g chopped leafy greens such as pakchoi / spinach
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Lightly warm the sapo terra garlic olive oil and chili flakes
- Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well
- Add the leafy greens and fry until they begin to wilt
- Take off the heat and leave to rest
- In the meantime boil your noodles for around 5 minutes until soft
- Add the noodles to the oil and mix well
- Serve while hot
