Garlic oil and chili noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package of wheat noodles
  • 100ml sapo terra garlic olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 200g chopped leafy greens such as pakchoi / spinach
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Lightly warm the sapo terra garlic olive oil and chili flakes
  2. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well
  3. Add the leafy greens and fry until they begin to wilt
  4. Take off the heat and leave to rest
  5. In the meantime boil your noodles for around 5 minutes until soft
  6. Add the noodles to the oil and mix well
  7. Serve while hot
Optional - serve with crushed peanuts and black sesame seeds
