Vegan Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 package of vegan minced meat
  • 1 can of passata
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 5 tbsp SapoTerra Oregano Oil
  • 2 tbsp SapoTerra Garlic Oil (for frying)

Method

  1. Fry the onions and vegan mince meat in the SapoTerra Garlic Oil
  2. Add the carrots and lightly fry
  3. Add the oregano, soy sauce, oregano oil, nutritional yeast and passata and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over pasta

Optional - garnish with vegan parmesan and sunflower seeds
